Our company has been a family owned and operated business for over ninety (90) years. Sidney E. Struss, a 1972 graduate of Texas A&M University, is the third-generation owner and operator of the business. Our business has grown from two to twelve employees over the years, and we continue to grow to support a very large service area.

The Struss Family teamed up in their business ventures early on in their arrival to the area in Industry and New Ulm in 1843. From here, some turned to the ranching industry and others turned to the service industry.  In 1921, A. J. Struss moved his operations to the Frazar Opera House in Eagle Lake, Texas. His brothers expanded their ranching operations near Cummins Creek near the Brushy Area close to Frelsburg, Texas.  Our providing excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction has not left the area for over 150 years.
