the planning phase, we:

fabrication, shop drawing production and construction work in place.
Review, draw, and develop a Manual J Heat
Load Analysis for Every Home for either a new install or a replacement install.
Adhere to the Davis Bacon Act with staff
who have learned it's place in the HVAC industry, such as during ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) projects.
Certified
and careful installing equipment on homes older than 1978; our Company have fullfilled the requirements of the toxic
substances control act (TSCA), Section 402.
Have received certification to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair
and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR part 745.89.
Order and expedite the delivery of all material.
Implement
management control of all project activities.
Prepare and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
